We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual contributor to join our Shared Platform Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective patching of systems / software across the critical IT services owned by the Digital Business Automation platform. You will work closely with other IT teams to identify and implement security patches / software updates, ensuring that the platform’s infrastructure remains secure, compliant, and up-to-date while maintaining the expected level of quality and adhering to established standards and best practices.
The role requires flexible working via shifts and out of hours / weekend coverage on a rotation basis to align with respective maintenance windows of the services.
Understanding of Products like Sterling Integrator / Sterling File Gateway, Connect:Direct, etc. and Workload Automation e.g. Control-M would be an advantage.
