A leading machinery and automation firm in Torreón, Mexico, is hiring for a role focused on supporting IPV processes and troubleshooting automated systems. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering and experience in related machinery processes. Responsibilities include programming IPV systems, training users, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates must be available to travel and work rotating shifts. Formación

• Experience with IPV Processes for Prime product machinery (Hot test, Fluid Fills, PLCs, Flashing).
• Availability to travel (50% locally and internationally).
• Experience troubleshooting machinery.

Job Description

Supports multiple IPV Processes for prime product machines, automated systems and leads projects for the operations management team.

What you will do

• Programming, debugging and troubleshooting IPV Process/machines and automated systems; supporting or leading efforts to deploy automated systems.
• Partnering with support teams on application / software-machinery troubleshooting. Operational owner of ticket resolution and communication to stakeholders.
• Trains end users and operations support teams on the IPV system. Owns local IPV operation & application support. Supports execution of standards.

What you will have

• Industrial Automation/Automatic Control: Knowledge of various industrial automatic control systems, processes and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to design, implement and maintain automatic production systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency, as well as minimize human intervention.
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
• PLCs/Computer Controlled Machinery: Knowledge of PLC technologies and computer controlled machinery; ability to implement and operate PLCs and computer controlled machinery in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation.

Basic Requirements

• Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering Degree
• IPV Processes for Prime product machinery Experience (Hot test, Fluid Fills, PLCs, Flashing, Test and Adjust, Sound Testing)
• Troubleshooting machinery
• Availability to travel (50% locally and Internationally)
• Availability to work rotating shifts

• 1+ year in related areas
• Language: Intermediate English
• Master's degree is a plus
