What you’ll do
  1. Have the opportunity to join an operations team across Risk, Product Support, and Financial Crimes.
  2. Troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  3. Analyze our processes and instigate changes to help scale our operations and improve user experience.
  4. Work closely with other Stripe teams across the globe.
  5. Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on Stripe scale and operate.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.

Minimum requirements
  1. You are a recent graduate with less than 12 months of full-time working experience or a 2025 graduate with full-time availability.
  2. You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. You have a user-first mindset and are energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems.
  4. You excel in analytical thinking and problem solving.
  5. You enjoy learning about technical products and processes, you are an organized, self-starter with passion for finding solutions to our user’s challenges.
  6. You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done.
  7. You enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross-team collaboration and support.
  8. You are able to prioritize and enjoy working in a quick-moving environment.
  9. You are humble and have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners.
