Location: Chihuahua, Mexico
We are seeking a contract Operations Administrator to deliver administrative support across our organization. This role will also support supply chain management (SCM) activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage administrative vendor relations and procurement of office supplies
- Review vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts payable for payment processing
- Organize internal events such as training, meetings, and staff gatherings
- Maintain and file administrative documents in line with company policies
- Handle supplier tax documentation for customer-related requirements
- Support office inspections and generate maintenance reports as needed
- Assist with front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and preparing meeting spaces
- Coordinate facility services, including cleaning, restocking, maintenance and repairs.
- Manage warehouse utilities and other general services
- Help ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Manage employee-assigned assets such as laptops and mobile phones
- Support purchasing, logistics and inventory management as required
- Generate operational reports as required
- Provide general support to the accounting and administrative teams
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills/Abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Education And Experience
- Associate’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, accounting or related field required
- Minimum two years of experience in administration required
- Minimum two years of experience in inventory management preferred
- Experience in international operation preferred
- Experience in manufacturing operation preferred
- SAP S4 HANA experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
