Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center positions, including customer service representatives.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract large pools of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Leverage deep market intelligence to understand talent availability, competitor landscape, wage trends, and sourcing opportunities.
- Partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, career centers, and workforce development organizations.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in local markets.
- Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring speed and quality.
- Ensure consistent compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Train and mentor recruiters to enhance sourcing capabilities and hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in call center, customer service, or similar environments.
- Strong market knowledge —understanding of labor trends, competitive intelligence, and workforce availability.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and hire hundreds of candidates within tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
