A leading automotive manufacturer in Silao, Mexico is seeking a Labor Relations Representative to manage labor relations activities, resolve disputes, and represent management in union matters. Candidates should have experience with labor relations and unions, strong communication skills, and a relevant degree. Formación

• Required experience in similar positions for at least 2 years.
• English level: Intermediate-Advanced.
• Experience working with unions, strategies for employee retention, and absenteeism.
• Relevant knowledge and experience as labor relations representatives for at least 2 years in the industry.

Responsabilidades

• Represent management in the administration of agreements between the union and management.
• Advise management on the interpretation of agreements.
• Maintain records pertinent to labor relations activity.
• Drive activities of various departments involved in resolving employee grievances.
