We are seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role is essential in organizing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of our diverse workforce. The Specialist will independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of various employee populations across the organization. In addition to program delivery, the Learning Delivery Specialist will support the administrative needs of training courses, collaborating closely with both regional and global teams. Occasional travel may be required to facilitate training sessions and engage with participants directly. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development. They will play a critical role in creating impactful learning experiences that foster professional growth and contribute to the overall success of our teams. By leveraging strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the Learning Delivery Specialist will ensure that all training programs are executed seamlessly, leading to enhanced employee performance and engagement. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management and Delivery: Independently manage and drive delivery of high-complexity programs; develop and update run‑of‑show guides for in‑person and virtual programs; serve as Program Lead ensuring expert delivery and smooth execution; collaborate with delivery pod on program logistics, booking and setting up meeting rooms (in‑person or via Zoom), arranging hotels, catering, printed materials; act as co‑host in virtual sessions; manage program budgets; coordinate with other departments to ensure successful execution; leverage LMS, LXP, event management software, survey tools, virtual delivery platforms.
  • Facilitator Engagement and Management: Develop strong professional relationships with internal facilitators and external vendors; identify, confirm and prepare faculty and facilitators based on course content and participant profiles; recruit facilitators; organize host briefings; provide background and facilitation information; collaborate with L&D team members.
  • Learning Program Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Act as subject‑matter expert on designated learning programs; evaluate participant feedback and recommend improvements; share insights with core content team and human capital functions; identify and communicate key themes; develop deep understanding of program portfolio and L&D curriculum.
  • Process Improvement, Team Collaboration, and Problem Solving: Promote strong teamwork; identify and rectify inefficient processes; implement improvements; address challenges; mentor colleagues; provide support to Human Capital functions; represent organization with professionalism and integrity, enhancing L&D brand in region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in Learning and Development or related field.
  • Proven experience in program management and delivery, especially high‑complexity training programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS, LXP, event management software and virtual delivery tools.
  • English fluency (spoken and written) required.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Current visa required.
