A lifestyle-driven real estate company is seeking an Executive Assistant & Payroll Specialist to support the Senior Vice President. This position includes managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling employee administration and payroll tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time remote position with a compensation of $1500 - $2500 per month, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule from Monday to Friday.

Formación

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience with payroll or employee administrative functions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role

FLATS LLC, a Proper company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Payroll Specialist to support our Senior Vice President and team. This role combines traditional executive support with responsibility for key employee administrative and payroll‑related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage and maintain the Senior VP’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and internal/external communications.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Support email management, prioritization, and follow‑ups.
  • Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
Employee Administration & Payroll
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
  • Manage timesheet submissions, tracking, and validation.
  • Process personnel change forms and ensure employee records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with payroll‑related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate information is submitted.
  • Maintain confidential employee information and support HR‑related administrative needs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience with payroll or employee administrative functions (timesheets, data entry, onboarding/offboarding, forms).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable using general software applications and learning new systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Benefits

Pay: $1500 - $2500 per month
