A leading manufacturer of glass packaging in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a qualified professional to ensure the proper functioning of vision systems through calibration and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in vision systems and automation. Responsibilities include focusing on product quality and equipment preservation while complying with regulations. This role requires availability for rotating shifts.

Formación

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in vision systems and automation.
  • General knowledge of dimensional and cosmetic vision inspection systems.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.

Job Description

Ensure the proper functioning of vision systems through calibration, verification, and maintenance (preventive, autonomous, and corrective), in compliance with customer specifications, internal procedures, and applicable regulations. Focus on product quality, preservation of equipment and facilities, and the reduction of environmental impacts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in vision systems and automation.
  • Experience in electronics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
  • General knowledge of dimensional and cosmetic vision inspection systems.
  • Knowledge of measuring instruments (caliper, optical comparator).
  • Knowledge of LOTO systems.
  • PLC programming experience.
  • Ability to interpret electrical / electronic diagrams.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
