Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Mérida, YUC for a Night Shift Service Desk Agent. The Service Desk Agent will be responsible for supporting retail operations during night shifts by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth operations. The role involves answering and resolving support inquiries, documenting issues and solutions, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. 15% additional night shift bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues to support retail operations during night shifts.
  • Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution to maintain smooth operations.
  • Answer and resolve support inquiries; document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
