Key Responsibilities

• Build and put forth persuasive pitches to close deals with potential customers.
• Act as the first point of contact with prospective students.
• Track lead activities and new deals in our CRM tool.

Key Skills Required

• Speaks SPANISH at a native level and speaks advanced ENGLISH fluently.
• Is ferociously self-motivated and eager to get to know the industry.
• Actively pursues success and aspires to be a world-class sales person.
• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills - both written and oral.
• Won't shy away from proactively calling potential customers to promote our Spanish coaching services, enjoys being on the phone and has the ability to spark others' interest.
• Is results-driven, with a tenacious attitude and positive desire to meet targets.
• Can convince others with their open, compassionate personality.
• Superb communication skills : if you are going to hit aggressive targets, you'll need to be able to speak with confidence, conviction and charm.
