A leading staffing solutions company is seeking a Business Development Specialist / IT Staffing Account Manager focused on Nearshore hiring for Mexico and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in IT staffing and consulting, with solid skills in sales and account management. Responsibilities include delivering Nearshore opportunities and developing new business with key relationships in the industry. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Navigator and CRM is essential. Spanish fluency is required, and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing and IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Solid experience managing customer relationships and providing great customer service.
  • Ability to travel for networking events and customer meetings.

Responsabilidades

  • Sell and deliver Nearshore opportunities in Mexico and LATAM countries.
  • Bring new business development and new logos.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other business leaders.
