✅ Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Execute technical tasks in RAN, Core, IP/Datacom, Optical, RF, QA, or Project/Incident Management
• ✓ Lead or support technical project execution (for Project Manager roles)
• ✓ Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and second/third-level support
• ✓ Manage critical incidents while ensuring service restoration within SLAs
• ✓ Prepare technical documentation, reports, and KPI-based insights
• ✓ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and delivery goals
• ✓ Conduct testing, validation, and lifecycle management of telecom solutions

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, Systems Engineering, or similar
• ✓ Experience in the relevant area of the applied role (RAN, IP, RF, Core, Optical, QA, PM, Incident Management, etc.)
• ✓ Solid understanding of mobile technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G) where applicable
• ✓ Hands‑on experience with network, monitoring, testing, or management tools
• ✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ✓ Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and work under pressure

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills

• ✓ Vendor certifications (Huawei, Cisco, Nokia, PMP, ITIL, etc.)
• ✓ Experience working in multi-vendor or multi-technology environments
• ✓ Knowledge of advanced protocols (IP/MPLS, DWDM, VoLTE, 5G Core, etc.)
• ✓ Experience in automation, scripting, or data analysis
