Formación

Migration and Upgrade Consultants are engineers who can perform highly specialized remote and onsite services for LAC overseas customers. Goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.

  • Provide first class remote and on-site support to our customers like:
    - solving technical problems;
    - optimization of solution operation;
    - improvement of system availability and stability;
    - onsite support in critical customer situations (going live, upgrade, etc.)
  • Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects;
  • Increasing overall customer satisfaction;
  • Act on Escalated customers to bring their businesses to normal operations;
Work Experience (Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Mathematics, Physics or similar required.
  • Proven hands‑on experience leading and/or supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations (Brownfield / System Conversion) and SAP system upgrades, Unicode conversions.
  • Technical expertise in SAP Basis / SAP Technical Administration, SUM (Software Update Manager), DMO (Database Migration Option), and Maintenance Planner processes.
  • Understanding of S/4HANA Readiness Check, Simplification Item List, and custom code remediation steps.
  • Experience working in large-scale SAP landscapes with multiple environments (DEV, QA, PROD), preferred on hyperscale infrastructure.
