A global technology leader is seeking a candidate in Mexico City for a supportive role in their Customer Experience organization. You will leverage advanced communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in network support, demonstrate proficiency in English, and possess strong customer service skills. This position requires onsite work 2-3 days a week and availability for weekends.
