A leading logistics company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency with ERP systems, and excellent negotiation skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are key to this role, which aims to optimize costs while ensuring material availability in compliance with safety standards.

Formación

  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in materials or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in supplier negotiation and inventory control.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all supply chain activities, including purchasing, materials planning, warehousing, logistics, imports, and exports. The main goal is to ensure the timely availability of materials and components while optimizing costs, lead times, and resources in compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Visa: Valid U.S. visa required (for supplier visits, customer meetings, or training sessions).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in materials or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in warehouse management, materials planning, purchasing, import/export, and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation, inventory control, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
