A global leader in construction and mining equipment is seeking to hire a professional in Supply Chain and Logistics to manage materials procurement. You will ensure availability of materials, maintain stock levels, and organize inventory flow. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and strong decision-making skills. The position requires 10% travel. This role emphasizes relationship management and problem-solving abilities within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Intermediate conversational English required.

Role:
Procure and manage the materials needed for the company's operation, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities.

What the candidate will do:
• Determine the needs for materials, products or services that the company requires, whether for stock replenishment or regular operational requirements.
• Maintain an adequate stock to meet demand, avoiding both shortages and overstocks.
• Organizes the flow of materials within the manufacturing unit and the transferring of materials to and from the inventory or warehouse.

Degree Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, any Engineering, or a related field

Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge in procurement and/or planning
• Excel proficiency

The best candidates will also have:

• Advanced Conversational English
• Intermediate SAP proficiency (CBS Module)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Inventory management

Location: Santa Catarina

This position will require 10% travel
