This role focuses on driving client success through performance analysis and effective campaign management. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years experience in commerce media and are familiar with platforms like Walmart and Target. As a Marketplaces Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns within the commerce media ecosystem. You will leverage your growing expertise to drive client success through effective campaign management, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams.
Build, drive, and optimize successful Search & DSP marketing campaigns within your specialty and channel (Walmart, Target, Kroger, ABSCO, Costco, etc.) to meet and exceed client goals, measured by campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates and ROI.
Foster rapport with clients through weekly interactions via phone, email, and in‑person meetings (as needed), striving for a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and Client Retention of 95 % or above.
Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into campaign activations, focusing on achieving key client metrics and channel‑specific success.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms applicable to your book of business, proactively educating clients on program updates and benefits. Maintain annual certifications for relevant commerce media platforms, ensuring expertise and compliance.
Data‑Driven Analysis
Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and support optimization efforts, using analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate holistic strategy behind your clients’ KPIs by interpreting trends and leveraging cross‑channel data / insights within your purview.
Channel Specific Expertise & The Tinuiti Way
Proactively assess and diagnose opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets for your clients. Identify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms. Demonstrate thought leadership within your vertical / channel and the broader commerce media landscape, contributing insights internally and externally.

2‑3 years of experience in commerce media roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets of $70 k+.
Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, ABSCO, Costco, etc. Familiarity with Skai highly preferred.
We operate on a flexible hybrid model, but we love seeing our team! For this role, we ask that you come into our great office in Reforma, CDMX, two days a week. This is an essential part of how we collaborate and connect, so candidates should be comfortable with this regular in‑office commitment.
