We're hiring a Marketing Specialist focused on Demand & Lead Generation to help us consistently get in front of the right buyers and convert interest into qualified sales conversations.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute demand generation campaigns to drive qualified sales conversations
• Run targeted outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and light calling
• Develop and manage outreach sequences and follow-up workflows
• Identify, research, and prioritize ideal customer profiles
• Track and optimize performance across outreach channels
• Maintain clean lead data and reporting within CRM
• Partner closely with sales to refine messaging and conversion
• Develop content that provides a clear and concise value proposition and tells our story

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience in demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing
• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads or meetings
• Strong written communication and messaging skills
• Comfort executing outbound outreach and handling objections
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and manage performance against goals
• High proficiency in English required
