What We Need
A true social media growth specialist who understands how platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Shop work today and can turn content into reach, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Instagram and TikTok accounts, building growth‑focused content strategies that drive followers, engagement, and sales.
- Lead our push into TikTok Shop and social commerce, identifying trends early and adapting them to automotive and dashcam content.
- Create clear, repeatable content formats (e.g., crash‑footage analysis, bad driver reviews, real‑world use cases).
- Produce content independently using AI tools, or provide detailed creative direction to editors.
- Guide video structure, hooks, pacing, and storytelling, and brief editors for fast execution.
- Keep content simple, informative, and engaging—no gimmicks.
- Manage day‑to‑day Shopify operations: product listings, SKU launches, and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on product rollouts and ensure social traffic converts on‑site.
- Coordinate and manage a remote marketing team, maintaining high standards for output, organization, and timelines.
- Leverage AI for video, graphics, ideation, and efficiency while keeping workflows and data clean.
- Track performance, iterate quickly, and accept feedback constructively.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience growing Instagram and TikTok for product‑based brands.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce.
- Hands‑on Shopify experience.
- Familiarity with automotive, dashcams, or consumer tech preferred.
- Experience launching and scaling multiple SKUs.
- Comfortable managing and scaling remote teams.
- Highly organized, fast‑moving, and detail‑oriented.
