This role will drive the go-to-market strategy and regional growth across Latin America, with a focus on B2B partnerships in fintech, payments, and financial infrastructure. You will serve as the firstлуур dedicated marketer for the region, collaborating with business development and global marketing teams to create localized campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers. The position requires end-to-end ownership of regional marketing, from account romantic strategies to events, content, and PR. You will develop scalable processes, tailor messaging to local markets, and act as a bridge between regional insights and global strategy. Success will be measured by pipeline influence, adoption of marketing programs, and overall impact onSeverity revenue. This is a remote role with opportunities for travel across the region for events and strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the LATAM marketing plan aligned with pipeline and revenue goals, defining objectives, budgets, and quarterly calendars.

  • Partner with business development to refine target accounts and run account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Design and execute partner and field marketing initiatives, including co‑marketing campaigns, webinars, and in‑person events.
  • Localize product marketing, messaging, sales collateral, and demos for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Produce region‑specific content such as explainers, regulatory primers, and customer stories to educate enterprise buyers.
  • Manage LATAM events and activations, driving pre‑event, live, and post‑event programs with measurable ROI.
  • Source and manage regional agencies, vendors, and freelancers to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Provide market feedback on customer needs, regulatory changes, and competitive insights to influence global strategy.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or related infrastructure in LATAM.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute 0→1 marketing plans and scale.vertical programs independently.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and driving enterprise revenue outcomes.
  • Strong technical understanding to translate complex concepts (e.g., stablecoins, on‑chain payments, APIs) into clear value propositions.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and localization skills for marketing content.
  • Comfortable collaborating across cross‑functional teams, including BD, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Design.
  • Practical experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, analytics, and AI‑enabled content workflows.
  • Willingness to travel 25–40% for partner and event initiatives in LATAM.
