  • Plan, create, and send email and SMS campaigns (nurtures, event flows, customer outreach).
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on data (open, click, and conversion rates).
  • Events & Trade Shows (≈25%) – Coordinate pre-, during, and post‑event campaigns for trade shows and industry events; track and follow up on event‑generated leads in HubSpot; help manage event calendar and budgets with the VP of Sales & CEO.
  • Managing Contractors (≈10%) – Lead day‑to‑day work of a designer & social media contractor, an SEO & Shopify contractor; provide clear briefs, priorities, and feedback to keep work aligned and on time.
  • Content & Landing Pages (≈15%) – Write or refine copy for emails, landing pages, and basic collateral; work with the designer to produce supporting assets; create and adjust landing pages focused on clarity and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting (≈10%) – Maintain simple, actionable reports on lead volume, quality, and campaign performance; share insights and recommendations with the CEO regularly.
  • Success after 3–6 months looks like: 5–10 sales‑qualified leads per month from ongoing marketing (outside of events); sales‑qualified leads per event with structured follow‑up; HubSpot that is clean, organized, automated, and trusted by leadership.
What You Bring (Must‑Haves)
  • ~10 years in marketing, with 3+ years supporting US‑based companies or the US market.
  • Strong B2B marketing background (services, software, or related).
  • Hands‑on HubSpot experience (you've built workflows, campaigns, lists, and reports yourself).
  • Proven email and SMS lifecycle experience: creating, launching, and improving campaigns and automations.
  • Experience supporting events and trade shows, especially marketing around them.
  • Experience working with or directing contractors / vendors (design, SEO, web).
  • Near‑native English, written and spoken, comfortable with US executives.
  • Ability to work with strong overlap to US Pacific Time (at least ~6 hours between 9am–5pm PT).
Traits (Non‑Negotiable)

  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Clear, confident communicator; comfortable prioritizing across multiple projects.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience in telecom, wireless, managed services, or IT / tech services.
  • Exposure to Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, trades) or similar local service businesses.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and basic eCommerce flows.
  • Exposure to SEO, content strategy, or paid media (or agencies that run them).
Compensation & Work Setup
  • Contractor role, full‑time and long‑term.
  • USD $4,000 / month, depending on experience and location.
  • Fully remote, based in Latin America.
  • Must be able to work with significant overlap to US Pacific Time (at least ~6 hours within 9am–5pm PT).
Why You’ll Like This Role
  • Report directly to the CEO and have real influence on growth.
  • Own HubSpot and lifecycle marketing end‑to‑end across email, SMS, and events.
  • Manage and direct a small contractor team while staying hands‑on.
  • Help build the marketing engine for a growing leader in Managed Mobility Services in the US.
