What You’ll Own
- Lifecycle & HubSpot (≈30%) – Own HubSpot marketing ops: lists, workflows, basic lead scoring, and dashboards.
- Plan, create, and send email and SMS campaigns (nurtures, event flows, customer outreach).
- Monitor performance and iterate based on data (open, click, and conversion rates).
- Events & Trade Shows (≈25%) – Coordinate pre-, during, and post‑event campaigns for trade shows and industry events; track and follow up on event‑generated leads in HubSpot; help manage event calendar and budgets with the VP of Sales & CEO.
- Managing Contractors (≈10%) – Lead day‑to‑day work of a designer & social media contractor, an SEO & Shopify contractor; provide clear briefs, priorities, and feedback to keep work aligned and on time.
- Content & Landing Pages (≈15%) – Write or refine copy for emails, landing pages, and basic collateral; work with the designer to produce supporting assets; create and adjust landing pages focused on clarity and conversion.
- Analytics & Reporting (≈10%) – Maintain simple, actionable reports on lead volume, quality, and campaign performance; share insights and recommendations with the CEO regularly.
- Success after 3–6 months looks like: 5–10 sales‑qualified leads per month from ongoing marketing (outside of events); sales‑qualified leads per event with structured follow‑up; HubSpot that is clean, organized, automated, and trusted by leadership.
What You Bring (Must‑Haves)
- ~10 years in marketing, with 3+ years supporting US‑based companies or the US market.
- Strong B2B marketing background (services, software, or related).
- Hands‑on HubSpot experience (you've built workflows, campaigns, lists, and reports yourself).
- Proven email and SMS lifecycle experience: creating, launching, and improving campaigns and automations.
- Experience supporting events and trade shows, especially marketing around them.
- Experience working with or directing contractors / vendors (design, SEO, web).
- Near‑native English, written and spoken, comfortable with US executives.
- Ability to work with strong overlap to US Pacific Time (at least ~6 hours between 9am–5pm PT).
