They're looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who will lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. This role is primarily execution-focused and is key to driving qualified leads, conversions, and strong performance for B2B clients.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Optimize campaigns through data analysis, testing, and ongoing adjustments to improve ROI. Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $5K to $100K. Produce detailed performance reports and communicate insights directly to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
  • Proven success running Google Ads and Meta Ads for B2B clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting directly with clients.
  • Background in local marketing; CRO experience and service-based industry exposure are a plus.
