A leading energy management company is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Apodaca, Nuevo León. This role involves ensuring safety and quality, managing inventories, and supervising production teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering or Administration, experience in manufacturing systems, and must be proficient in SAP and TRESS. Manufacturing Supervisor (Production) 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safety, Hygiene, and Quality in areas under responsibility.
  • Manage information systems and inventories (SAP, TRESS, among others).
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to solve problems.
  • Supervise, train, and provide support to direct production personnel; also coordinate their activities.
  • Manage pre‑payroll and personnel control (staff movements by area).
  • Conduct process audits to prevent non‑conformities and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as VSM leader in areas under responsibility and follow up on improvements and action plans.
  • Execute production plans according to planning guidelines to convert customer orders into delivered products on time, in the required quantity, with established quality and standard cost.
  • Follow up on non‑conformities (Quality and Safety).
  • Prepare, update, and analyze reports related to performance indicators regularly (safety, service, scrap, MIR, production, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Administration.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, TRESS, and SAP (desired).
  • English level: 80–85%.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, line balancing, Kaizen, etc.) and Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of BOMs and blueprint interpretation (desired).
  • Leadership and confidence in decision‑making.
  • Ability to manage personnel.
  • Schedule availability: 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:15 pm to 3:15 am.
