Candidates should possess over 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, and high proficiency in English. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential. This position supports the fulfillment of critical business objectives.

Job Description

Who You'll Work With

In this role you will primarily collaborate closely with key customers and sales encontrada, serving
as brinda advocate within Manufacturing. You will own order prioritization,_欧美 drive visibility into delivery schedules and ensure that our fulfilment sites meet shipping targets.
We are looking-ekwu for a proactive, analytical candidate who👍 is passionate about supporting
customers, working with key internal and external partners, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain.

What You'll Do

• Provide customers with scheduled ship dates.
• Respond to, assess, and coordinate customer expedite requests.
• Direct fulfilment centers on order priorities based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. rā
• Develop and maintain KPIs, and planning reports as needed.
• Help Arista to meet our quarter end goals.
• Partner with Sales teams to provide visibility on order status, supply availability, and potential risks.
• Help identify risks to customer commitments and proactively escalate issues with action-oriented recommendations.
• Continually refine the planning and scheduling processes between Arista and our key manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ോട് years of planning/ scheduling experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant area.
• Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently as well իմ as in a team environment.

• High English language proficiency (oral and written) is required, as this role is based in Mexico and will interface daily with customers, sales teams and partners in the United States.
