Una empresa innovadora en tecnología de hogares está buscando un Ingeniero Industrial para desarrollar e implementar procedimientos en una planta. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 6 meses de experiencia en manufactura y conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing. Las responsabilidades incluyen la mejora del rendimiento de los procesos y la identificación de desviaciones. Se ofrece un entorno de trabajo dinámico y la oportunidad de participar en la cultura de mejora continua de la empresa.

Formación

• Experiencia de 6 meses a 1 año en empresas de manufactura.
• Conocimiento básico en Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma o Kaizen.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar procedimientos en todas las áreas asignadas.
• Identificar desviaciones y definir acciones necesarias para mantener los procesos.
• Mejorar el rendimiento de los procesos.
• Reducir la variabilidad de los procesos.
• Generar y mantener información adecuada para el análisis de desempeño.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement plant procedures in all assigned processes
• Identify deviations and define necessary actions to keep the processes in control
• Improve the performance of the processes
• Reduce the variability of processes
• Develop and maintain the necessary methods to ensure that critical variables remain in control
• Reduce costs for re-jobs and waste.7. Establish the operation parameters, and implement the Set-Up of the processes.8.
• Generate and maintain adequate and relevant information for the analysis and decision-making on the performance of the processes
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the Quality, Safety and Environment Management system
• Promote safe conditions for work and operate under the safety rules and procedures established by the company.

Requisitos

• Basic (Lean Manufacturing / Six sigma / Kaizen)
• Education - Industrial Engineer or related.
• Experience - 6 months or 1 year in manufacturing companies
