A leading global manufacturing firm in Mexico is looking for candidates with hands-on experience and advanced knowledge in their assigned area. The role requires exploring innovative assembly techniques and an understanding of DFM/A, FMEA, and IPC requirements. Candidates must be capable of writing technical reports. Formación

• Demonstrated hands-on experience relevant to the position.
• Ability to lead process and equipment evaluations.
• Experience with design for manufacturing/assembly, FMEA, and IPC standards.

Conocimientos

Hands-on experience in the required process

Advanced Knowledge in the assigned area

Exploring new methods in assembly techniques

Basic Statistics knowledge

Understanding of DFM/A, FMEA and IPC requirements

Technical report writing

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated Hands‑on experience in the required process.
• Advanced Knowledge in the area that is being assigned.
• Relentless in exploring new and latest methods in improving assembly techniques.
• Lead Process and Equipment Evaluation aligned to the needs of Site as assigned by the ME Manager.
• Knowledge in Basic Statistics and knowledge of carrying a DOE is a plus.
• Understanding of DFM/A, FMEA and IPC requirements.
• Able to write technical reports for the Site.
