A leading automotive solutions provider is seeking a Manager for General Engineering to support local engineering teams and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will hold a professional degree in Engineering and possess knowledge of Office Suite and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include engaging in cost reduction activities, maintaining quality standards, and strategic development for manufacturing engineering. This position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Formación

• Professional degree in Engineering required.
• Conversational level of English is a must.
• Knowledge of Office Suite and AutoCAD necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in activities to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
• Engage in continuous operational cost reduction activities.
• Ensure quality levels without compromising delivery performance.
• Support local Engineering teams in the industrialization process.
• Develop and implement strategy for ECI Manufacturing Engineering.

Conocimientos

Conversational English

Knowledge of Office Suite

Requirements

• Experience in automotive companies

Main Activities

• Active participation in activities to reduce cycle time and increase productivity
• Continuous operational cost reduction activities
• Maintain/improve quality levels without compromising delivery performance
• Support local Engineering teams in the industrialization process of new products (from quotation to mass production)
• Develop and implement the strategy for ECI Manufacturing Engineering – Datacon business
• Ensure proper control and monitoring of KPIs by the team
• Identify and manage the required human capacity
