Formación

Job Purpose

Apply and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to supplier onboarding, contracts, and transportation purchase rates.

Your Tasks

• Ensure all transportation providers working with DSC comply with compliance policies.
• Ensure purchase rates and negotiations are documented and aligned with DSC policies.
• Audit compliance with policies for using DSC transportation providers.
• Audit compliance with negotiation framework and travel authorization lines.
• Audit compliance with carrier assignment policies in DSC operations.
• Ensure agreed rates are properly recorded and updated in the system.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Experience: Transportation service purchasing – 1 year; Compliance processes – 1 year
• Languages: English (70% required, 80% desirable)
• Software: Office 365 (Intermediate; 60% required, 80% desirable)
• Technical Knowledge: Service contracts, basic transportation regulations
