A real estate technology company is seeking an Engineering Manager for Salesforce Engineering. You will lead a team to deliver complex Salesforce solutions, impacting sales operations. The Frontline Enterprise Technology (FET) team at Zillow Group builds and maintains the Salesforce platform that powers our B2B sales and service operations. As part of the B2B FAST (Frontline Authority Systems Technology) group, we help unify frontline systems and leverage Salesforce and AI technologies to optimize sales and service processes across multiple business lines. Our work directly supports Zillow’s growth by enabling efficient, scalable, and high-quality sales and customer experiences.
As an Engineering Manager for Salesforce Engineering within FET/B2B FAST, you will lead a team responsible for delivering and operating complex Salesforce solutions critical to Zillow’s B2B initiatives. Your leadership will shape the future of our unified quote-to-cash and customer management experiences, directly impacting how our sales and service teams operate and contribute to Zillow’s strategic vision.
