A luxury resort company is seeking an administrative professional for the Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita. The role involves supporting Directors with sales and marketing efforts, managing client interactions, and coordinating site visits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury hotel environments, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and possess strong organizational skills. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting new resort opening in early 2027 located on the beautiful Bay of Banderas.

Formación

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel customer service/reservations is strongly preferred.
• Must manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience opening resorts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Directors with client follow up and sales cycle tracking.
• Support meeting logistics and sales reporting processes.
• Coordinate site visit logistics including accommodation and experiences.

Educación

2-4 years of administrative experience

Previous luxury hotel experience
