The Loyalty Growth & Partner Marketing Lead is a strategic, revenue-driven role responsible for accelerating partner value, ecosystem usage, and Doters program growth through co-marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and data-driven performance management. This role leads the partner marketing strategy across all commercial verticals—airlines, ground transportation, retail, financial, and lifestyle—translating Joint Business Plans into actionable growth roadmaps with measurable impact. It is accountable for driving adoption, activity, and incremental transactions across the Doters ecosystem, ensuring that partners maximize value and users deepen engagement. As a senior manager, this position influences cross-functional squads, aligns Commercial, Brand, CRM, Digital, and Product teams, and operates as a growth enabler by identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and unlocking new levers that improve partner ROI and loyalty performance.
