We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Asset Management and Protection with extensive experience in asset management, and loss poperational securityrevention.
This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, traceability, and security of the company's physical, material and assets through the implementation of advanced control systems, audits, and corporate policies. The position plays a key role in strengthening corporate security, mitigating operational risks, and safeguarding strategic business resources.
Design and implement Asset Management and Asset Protection strategies focused on minimizing losses, theft, and material damage.
Control the entry and exit of materials, ensuring proper documentation and traceability within digital systems.
Create and manage QR code labels for real‑time tracking and control of company assets.
Conduct periodic audits and inventory reconciliations, verifying the existence, condition, and depreciation of assets.
Enforce physical and operational security protocols in compliance with corporate policies.
Supervise and train both internal and external security personnel in asset control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform real‑time operational monitoring through CCTV, alarms, and digital patrol systems to detect and report incidents.
Investigate losses or irregularities and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
Collaborate with departments such as Logistics, Procurement, Audit, and Legal to strengthen the company's patrimonial control framework.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Security, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in patrimonial control, asset management, industrial security, or Loss Prevention.
Knowledge in:
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, ERP, or asset management platforms.
Language: Advanced English.
