MEXICO KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER IN CONSTRUCTION & INDUSTRIAL

Construction Equipment (Remote) - SPANISH / ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED

LiuGong Mexico - Key Account Manager will work remotely and reporting to VP of Mexico Sales.

SPANISH / ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED

SUMMARY

This position will help penetrate new markets, secure high-value projects, and increase sales capacity. Also, be the liaison between LiuGong and Dealer on all products and services and bridge a team supported by all segments of LiuGong in order to strengthen and expand the relationship with Dealer. Manage customer expectations through conflict resolution skills. Secure orders and effectively communicate, implement and execute all applicable company programs to customers. Must be proficient in Spanish and English (written and oral) - Language skills will be validated.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients in the construction and aggregates sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide tailored equipment solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Interface with assigned management and support personnel as necessary for consistent, open communication, customer support, and implementation of company.
  • Champion segment projects
  • Assists or provides overall account management.
  • Engages with Parts, After Sales, Manager, etc., when needed in completing customer request, answering customer questions and ensuring customer’s needs are met.
  • Provides assistance in engineering, estimating, business development and procedure documentation on an as needed basis.
  • Maintains positive client relationships.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products.
  • Provide assistance in resolving field issues.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Sales in Mexico
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • SPANISH / ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Competitive base + 10% bonus, PTO days to use as vacation or sick time, mileage rate paid for business travel (no company vehicle).
