Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 5+ years Operations Management experience in relevant industry.

Responsabilidades

• Design training programs for new hires and existing associates.
