Practical Information

Location: Medellín, Colombia or Mexico City, Mexico | Reports to: Learning Experience Design Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Colombia | Language Requirements: Fluent/Professional English, written and spoken | Work arrangement: Hybrid

As our new Learning Experience Designer, you will have the opportunity to deliver learning solutions aligned with business needs and organizational goals. This includes designing, building, and curating engaging, scalable curriculum, leveraging technology to boost learner engagement, and driving modern learning methodologies across our global organization. You will also work closely with Regional L&D and Academy Leads to define learning objectives and content requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design and curate learning solutions, including learning journeys and pathways, e‑learning modules, face‑to‑face, VILT (virtual, instructor‑led training) and blended learning programs.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, learner‑centered experiences.
  • Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to recommend effective learning approaches and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices in learning design and technology.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content providers and external business partner learning solutions, such as Microsoft, AWS, GCP to curate high‑quality learning resources.
  • Manage multiple projects including timelines, resources, and communications, while fostering social learning communities.
What we need to see from you
  • Higher education degree in instructional design, educational technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in eLearning or instructional design for adult learners.
  • Familiarity with online, classroom, virtual instructor‑led, and blended learning approaches with experience in fast‑paced, technology‑driven environments.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools, such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, as well as AI‑based platforms, and learning management systems, e.g. Docebo, Percipio.
  • Solid stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Self‑driven, customer‑focused, and committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
