Formación

  • More than two years of experience in training-related roles.
  • Experience in similar positions with adult training skills.
  • Experience managing diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Regularly assess training conditions and results according to standards.
  • Analyze training needs based on employee performance.
  • Ensure mandatory training courses are provided to employees.
  • Assist with leadership training initiatives.
  • Promote training courses and learning projects.
  • Organize and manage trainee program selections.
  • Develop annual training budget and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate internal and external cross-training.

We are looking for Learning and Development Manager

Responsibilities
  • 定期根据集团“培训水平标准”考核酒店的培训状况及成果。
  • 与质检经理合作,以员工的实际工作表现与标准之间的差距为基准来进行培训需求分析。
  • 确保给员工提供必修培训课程,并确保员工按照政策完成该课程。
  • 协助人力资源与企业文化总监及策划委员会开展领导力培训。
  • 宣传推广培训课程及其他学习项目。
  • 组织管理培训生项目的甄选,并根据标准,与策划委员及部门经理合作以确保管该项目的顺利开展及完成。
  • 与质检经理合作开展“部门培训员”项目,指导部门培训员使其适应并胜任该工作职责。
  • 制定年度培训预算,并确保所有的培训课程、学习项目及资源都参照预算进行。
  • 按照分析的培训需求来制定月度、季度及年培训计划并及时与酒店各个部门分享。
  • 负责协调及安排员工店内及店外的交叉培训。
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 两年以上培训相关工作经验。
  • 具备成人培训技巧或在类似职位的工作经验。
  • 有管理多元化团队的经验。
  • 有酒店运营部门工作经验优先。
