A global consumer goods company located in Mexico seeks a professional to support learning and talent management strategies and initiatives. The role involves collaborating with HR and external platforms to enhance employer branding and improve employee engagement. Responsibilities include tracking learning KPIs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position offers a chance to contribute to developing effective regional learning programs.

  • Supports the deployment of global and regional TLL strategy and processes.
  • Coordinates leadership, learning, and talent management activities.
  • Tracks and analyzes learning KPIs and effectiveness.

What you´ll do

  • Supports the deployment of global & Regional TLL strategy, policies and processes in alignment with regional and local characteristics and needs
  • Supports the coordination of the leadership, learning and talent & performance management activities and promotes best practices
  • Communicates and raises attention about regional/local learning and talent & performance management agenda and priorities
  • Aids in designing, developing, deployin and monitoring regional learning initiatives and programs
  • Participates in a regional learning network, knowledge sharing and aligning on learning needs not covered by the global offerings
  • Collaborates closely with learning community members to promote best practice sharing
  • Supports in consolidating the leadership, learning and talent & performance management needs from regional / country level
  • Tracks and analyses learning KPIs, monitoring and measuring learning impact and effectiveness
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and organizational and industry standards in all performed activities
  • Work closely with HR, marketing and corporate communications to align on employer branding content and initiatives
  • Build relationships with external platforms and influencers to promote the company as an employer of choice
  • Coordinate with HR to implement programs that boost employee satisfaction and engagement
