A leading telecommunications company in Naucalpan de Juárez is seeking an experienced product manager to oversee the technical product vision and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage projects from conception to rollout. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English and be willing to work in-office part-time.

Overall Purpose

Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer‑centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Technical Product Vision and Strategy : Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration : Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
  • Product Development and Requirements Management : Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade‑off discussions and negotiations.
  • Customer‑Centric Product Management : Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high‑quality user experience.
  • Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise : Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject‑matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing technical software products e2e from problem definition to rollout / change management (telecommunication software experience plus).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes, align stakeholders, and implement solutions.
  • A track record of managing and improving customer and product experiences through proactive and innovative approaches.
Education & Career Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years’ of product management or technical project / program management experience.
  • Fully bilingual: Must speak, read and write in Spanish and English.
  • The candidate hired will be required to go into a local office 1-3 times per week.
