A leading luxury hotel chain in Mexico is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to oversee daily operations in the bake/pastry kitchen. The role includes training, quality control, and staff supervision to maintain the highest standards of food quality. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English and have a college degree or equivalent experience in the F&B field with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in pastry operations. Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in Kitchen's bake/pastry operations.
  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage department is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kitchen’s bake/pastry.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure highest standards.
  • Coordinate selection, training, and performance evaluation of employees.
