The position involves conducting market research, cold outreach, and qualifying leads to set appointments for the sales team. The candidate should have over 2 years of experience in a similar role, along with strong cold calling skills. Flexible remote work will be offered alongside a base salary of €300 monthly plus commission on every contract signed. Training and growth opportunities into senior sales roles are included.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Client Targeting
  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients globally.
  • Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and public databases to build lists of qualified prospects.
  • Understand regional trends, client needs, and buying behavior to guide outreach strategy.
• Cold Outreach & Prospect Engagement
  • Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations.
  • Create personalized and compelling messaging that resonates with different industries and regions.
  • Handle objections professionally and generate interest in Reboot Monkey’s data center services.
• Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
  • Use defined criteria to assess prospect fit (industry, need, budget, etc.).
  • Book qualified discovery calls or demos for the Sales team.
  • Maintain smooth handover of leads with context and notes.
• CRM Management & Reporting
  • Log all activities and interactions in the CRM accurately and in real time.
  • Track outreach performance (contact rate, reply rate, conversion rate) and provide weekly updates.
  • Continuously optimize lead sourcing and outreach tactics based on data.
• Region-Specific Outreach
  • Adapt communication style to cultural and business norms in each region.
  • Stay informed on local compliance requirements and business etiquette.

Qualifications

• 2+ year experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or telemarketing roles (preferably in data center, IT, SaaS, or tech services).
• Strong cold calling and digital outreach skills.
• Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Jira), and email automation tools.
• Familiarity with global business practices and time zones.
• Self-driven and consistent in meeting lead generation targets.

Multilingual abilities in languages like French, German, Mandarin, Hindi, or Japanese.
