Formación

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to drive the technical implementation and systems integration of our next-generation Learning, Development & Task Management Platform. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing solutions for users, and establishing integrations with enterprise systems including our HRIS, Franchisee record-keeping systems, and location master platforms. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Enterprise technology teams, and Operations teams to ensure a scalable, secure, and reliable foun dat ion for delivering personalized learning and task experiences to users across our organization.

About the Job

System Design & Architecture
  • Lead the design and documentation of the end-to-end system architecture for the Learning, Development & Task platform.
  • Define best practices and technical standards to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Group & Role Framework Development
  • Analyze available titles, roles, and organizational structures in the HRIS and user recordkeeping systems across our various geographical locations
  • Define and implement user groups within the platform, mapped to business roles and access requirements.
  • Design logic for provisioning feature-level access based on role/group attributes.
Systems Integration
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and data workflows between the learning & task platform and:
  • The HRIS system for employee data synchronization.
  • The franchisee user recordkeeping system for franchisee user management.
  • The location master system for accurate site and organizational hierarchy.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across integrated systems.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Act as the technical lead working with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Drive technical discovery, proof-of-concepts, and phased rollouts.
  • Provide hands-on support during implementation, testing, and post-launch monitoring.
Maintenance & Governance
  • Define processes for ongoing integration monitoring, error handling, and system alerts.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date architectural and operational documentation.
About You
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data mapping, and integration patterns (REST / SOAP APIs, ETL, etc.).
  • Experience integrating HRIS, user identity, and master data systems.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, middleware/integration tools, and modern development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English for leading conversations with product & vendor teams distributed globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with Learning & Development or Task Management platforms.
  • Familiarity with franchise or distributed workforce models.
  • Expertise in designing native cloud-based solutions on GCP/AWS.
