A leading sportswear company is seeking an eCommerce Planner to lead the forecasting and buying process across the Americas. This role involves building comprehensive forecasts for footwear and apparel, optimizing product efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams. As the eCommerce Planner you will lead the forecasting and buying process across our digital channels for the Americas, building a comprehensive forecast of the full footwear product assortment and highlighting potential risks and opportunities at different levels. With a strong commercial and analytical background you will communicate with stakeholders to optimize product efficiency and stock turnover, turning insights into growth initiatives for increased efficiency within our footwear category.

We are seeking two planners: one to own our largest category—footwear, and another to own our fastest growing category—apparel and accessories.

Your Mission
  • Build the eCommerce seasonal buy plans for our DTC categories (FTW or APP & ACC).
  • Manage product forecasts to define the product mix for the US, Canada, and Brazil direct markets, leveraging insights from historical data, market trends, product, business development and the wholesale business.
  • Partner with Demand Planning ahead of purchase orders to make rolling adjustments based on actual and projected inventory performance.
  • Run weekly Sales, Stock and Inbounds analysis to uncover risks and opportunities across the product portfolio at a market level.
  • Partner with the America’s eCommerce team to define relevant on‑site assortments, steering distribution of both seasonal and non‑seasonal products.
  • Collaborate with omni‑channel teams to adjust product launch and drop‑out dates based on business needs.
  • Support inventory management through re‑forecasting/order book trades and discussions between DTC ECommerce, DTC Retail, and wholesale.
  • Proactively improve processes, tooling and collaboration with the global operations team.
Your story
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Apparel or Footwear Merchandise Planning, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or buying, ideally within a DTC or eCommerce landscape.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to cut through large data‑sets and manage the art and science approach to forecasting.
  • Prior experience leveraging a data analytics tool such as Looker, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SPS Commerce or another preferred platform.
  • Innate understanding of digital customer behavior, product lifecycle, market trends and how seasonality can impact product portfolio efficiency.
  • Able to multitask, work at a fast pace, and adapt to change.
  • Approaches challenges and opportunities with curiosity, embodying the growth hacker mentality while implementing creative, action‑oriented solutions.

The Americas Digital team is a cross‑functional, entrepreneurial and collaborative team with a passion for putting our consumer & communities at the center of everything we do. This regional team is responsible for growing America’s eCommerce share of business within the Oniverse through product planning, customer journey optimization, and end‑to‑end campaign execution.
