Formación

• Minimum 5 years leading regional or multi-plant Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence program.
• Demonstrated success in developing and deploying pillar structures at site or regional level.
• Proven experience implementing Integrated Work System (IWS) with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and integrate Lean Production System (LPS) within the organization.
• Lead the deployment and standardization of AMS across LATAM.
• Develop and coach site leaders to build problem-solving capabilities.
