A leading integrated energy company is seeking an FP&A Manager for LATAM to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, over 10 years of experience, and strong leadership capabilities. Formación

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Basic understanding of US GAAP and IFRS is a must.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as a strategic advisor translating financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Deliver sophisticated financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead the month-end performance review process for the LATAM region.
  • Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes through automation.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Master’s degree preferred
