Una empresa líder en tecnología de viviendas busca un Técnico en Ingeniería Industrial para el mantenimiento de equipos de hornos. El candidato ideal debe tener al menos 3 años de experiencia en producción de hornos y conocimientos en combustión y estadísticas. Las responsabilidades incluyen el ajuste de equipos y la notificación de fallas. La ubicación del trabajo es en Aguascalientes, México, con un entorno de trabajo dinámico y oportunidades de crecimiento.

Formación

• Se requiere experiencia de 3 años en Producción de Hornos.
• Conocimientos en Combustión y Estadísticas.
• Habilidades en mantenimiento de equipos de combustión.

Responsabilidades

• Mantener y ajustar equipos de horno.
• Notificar fallas al Coordinador de Hornos.
• Realizar encuestas mensuales de equipos de combustión.

Responsabilidades

Responsible for the maintenance and adjustment of Kilnsequipment

• Notify to the Kilns Coordinator about failure of the equipment
• Participate in the program training of his position and area
• Reset the equipment in case of electrical failure
• Make monthly survey of combustion equipment and develop control charts daily. Provide fault report and required parts for hydraulic, pneumatic and combustion zones. Take control of materials inputs.
• Monitor monthly gas consumption.
• Maintain the controllers every month. Maintain transfer conveyors.
• Make changes to burn curves.

Requisitios

FORMAL EDUCATION: Technical in Industrial Engineering or Similar

EXPERIENCE: 3 years in Kilns Production KNOWLEDGE: Combustion, Statistics, PLC, Measurement devices, Chinaware kilns SKILLS: Responsable, Innovative / Adaptable, Colaborator / Reliable, Comitted
