Formación

Location

Be a part of something truly special! Join the team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Kids For All Seasons Attendant. This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.

Responsibilities
  • Be the overall entertainment lead for all children enrolled in the KFAS program, including caring for children, leading arts & crafts, instructing games, and supervising children in the Activity Center and outdoor areas (Tennis Courts, Lawns, and Pool areas).
  • Plan and execute safe, fun-filled, and educational daily scheduled programs for guests aged 4 to 12.
  • Prepare the KFAS facility daily to handle a minimum of 5 children.
  • Respond to changes in scheduling, weather, or number of children with a prepared backup plan.
  • Provide orientation of KFAS facility and, when available, of the Recreation Building.
  • Support related tasks as needed (Water Sports, Kid’s Club, or Health Club Attendant duties).
Qualifications
  • Education: College Degree in Pedagogy (desirable).
  • Experience: Prior experience working with children; outgoing personality; comfortable with customers.
  • Certifications: Trained and certified in First Aid, CPR, Heimlich Maneuver and rescue techniques.
  • Skills: Ability to read, speak, and write English; ability to swim; ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
