An international consumer goods company is seeking a professional to lead their commercial relationship with Walmart Mexico in the Beauty Care portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial positions within consumer goods, particularly with Walmart. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the commercial relationship with Walmart Mexico for the Beauty Care portfolio.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, launches, and growth plans.
  • Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out data to identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, trade marketing) to ensure 360° execution.
  • Manage the commercial investment budget and ensure return on investment.
  • Monitor key performance KPIs and propose corrective actions.
  • Be Walmart's internal reference point, anticipating trends and customer needs.
What makes you a good fit
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial positions (KAM, Account Executive) in consumer goods companies.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Walmart Mexico, ideally with direct experience managing this account.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Excel, database management, business analysis. Power BI is a plus.
  • Key skills: negotiation, strategic thinking, results orientation, effective communication, and long‑term relationship management.
