What You Will Do: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote sales team in the future. In this role, you will play a key part in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our Benefits Advisers. Your success will be measured by the number of qualified appointments set and the resulting sales conversions. Note: Role will begin on Upwork under the “Any Hire” option. After six months, team members with outstanding performance and a strong recommendation from their manager may be eligible to transition to an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement.
