About the Role

As part of our growing P3 Mexico team, you will support the successful delivery of digital and operational transformation projects for leading clients in the automotive and high‑tech industries. You will work directly with project leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring transparency, structure, and execution discipline across complex program environments.

This is a role for individuals who take ownership, work in a highly structured manner, and enjoy collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You will gain deep exposure to project management standards, digital toolchains, and ramp‑up environments while developing into a trusted advisor for our clients.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Drive the daily PMO routines: maintaining project plans, milestone structures, risk logs, open‑point lists, and reporting packages.
• Prepare weekly and executive‑level reporting, consolidating information from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable insights.
• Coordinate deliverables across business, operations, and IT teams to secure alignment and on‑time execution.
• Support requirement documentation, change request management, and process mapping activities for digital projects.
• Facilitate workshops, organize project documentation, and ensure compliance with project governance standards.
• Analyze deviations in timelines, resources, and scope, and prepare targeted recommendations for mitigation.
• Act as a central communication hub, ensuring structured interactions between client stakeholders, developers, and external partners.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• First experience (internship or entry level) in project management, PMO, consulting, digital environments, or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and the ability to break down complex topics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IT environments and development cycles to support coordination with digital teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• High motivation, hands‑on mentality, and readiness to work in dynamic client environments across Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• First experience in PMO, consulting, operations, or project management environments.
• Basic familiarity with IT landscapes, development cycles, or system documentation to support digital program coordination.
• Exposure to agile methodologies or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate enterprise IT tools and workflows.
